Tubular conveyor belt is used to support pipe belt conveyor. The tubular shape is formed in the whole or part of transportation with the help of external force. We use high strength canvas or steel cord as belt carcass, and high strengh, high abrasion resistant rubber as covers. When the belt is running, it transform plain shape into U shape, and finally into tubular shape, so as to achieve closed transportation.
Characteristics:
Suitable stiffness can make the belt transform a pipe shape, bend easily, and keep it round enough.
Overlapped part of soft belt edges is sealed well, which results in fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, and stable carrying capacity.
For enclosed transportation, materials won’t fly, fall or influence the environment, especially conveying powdery, paste fine materials.
Protect materials from environmental influence of wind, rain and snow, etc.
The belt can bend easily and convey high loading materials to and fro at high speed and a big angle.
Flexible transporting line, the belt can be bent into a relatively small radius and convey materials at a vertical, horizontal or three-dimension angle.
Sectional area is small.
Low noise.
Both edge part can be rolled up into tubular shape to avoid material falling. The belt is widely used in metallurgy, power, chemical industry, port, wharf, construction materials, coal, mine, grain, etc. The belt has types of abrasion/heat/cold/acid-alkali/fire/static resistance.
